As part of our volunteering in the Amazon program, you will support daily learning activities at the community space “Casa de Todos” near Leticia, Colombia. You will work closely with indigenous Tikuna children, assisting in interactive classes focused on arts, crafts, music, dance, and cultural traditions. This is not traditional classroom teaching—your role is to inspire creativity, encourage participation, and help children build confidence while preserving their ancestral culture. Day 1 - Arrival, Airport Pickup & Boat-Transfer
Your volunteering in Leticia, Colombia experience begins with your arrival at Leticia Airport, where you will be warmly welcomed by the local team. From there, your adventure continues with a scenic boat transfer along the Amazon River, offering your first glimpse into this extraordinary ecosystem. Upon arrival, you will meet your host family from the Tikuna community, settle into your accommodation, and enjoy your first evening immersed in the rhythms of the Amazon.
Days 2 - Hiking and Activities with the children
Your first full day combines Amazon exploration with meaningful volunteer work in Colombia. Day 3 - Delphin watching and comuna visit

Later, you will visit a neighboring community, gaining deeper insight into indigenous life in the region. These days are about leaving a positive and lasting impact—both for the children and for yourself.
