The Safari Plan in a nutshell
Wild Safari Experience
Embark on a real wildlife safari through one of the most biodiverse regions in Colombia. You will travel across open savannas, wetlands, and forest areas where animals live freely in their natural habitat. Every excursion offers a high chance of observing iconic species such as capybaras, caimans, deer, and hundreds of bird species. With experienced local guides, you will learn how to track wildlife and understand the delicate balance of this ecosystem. The experience is raw, authentic, and completely nature-driven. This is not a zoo – it is real wilderness.
Disconnect in the Wild
Leave modern life behind and immerse yourself in the peaceful isolation of Colombia’s natural landscapes. You will stay in simple but comfortable eco-lodges or traditional ranches surrounded by nature. Days start early with sunrise sounds of birds and end with spectacular sunsets over the savanna. Meals are typically local, fresh, and shared in a social, relaxed atmosphere. There is little to no noise, no rush – just nature, silence, and space to breathe. It is the perfect digital detox experience.
Culture & Llanero Lifestyle
Beyond wildlife, this program offers a deep dive into the traditional llanero culture of Colombia. You will meet local cowboys who have lived and worked in these plains for generations. Horseback riding is part of daily life here and gives you a unique perspective of the vast landscapes. You will learn about cattle ranching traditions, storytelling, and the strong connection between people and nature. This cultural immersion adds depth and authenticity to the safari experience. It’s adventure mixed with heritage and real local life.
